Orders will normally be processed within 24 hours. Normal postal lead times are: UK destinations 7-10 days, all other areas worldwide 10-14 days, but please allow up to twenty-one days for delivery. We will always do our best to inform you about any delay. All of our prices include delivery, what you see is what you pay. For orders outside of Europe please contact us for shipping costs
Returns and exchanges:
We believe you will be delighted with your purchases but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us in the original condition in which they where delivered.
